Match identical open stones to remove them from the board. You can also pair flag stones together even if the flags do not match.
A stone is considered open if either the left or right side does not have something next to it.
Clear each stage of tiles before the timer runs out.
This is a 50-stage timed Christmas Mahjong Solitaire game where you must clear the board of tiles before the timer runs out.
Early levels start out with a timer of 2:04 & the time limit grows as you advance through the game and the board layout grows more complex.
Open tiles appear in a brighter color whereas tiles that are not open have a darker background color.
Tiles which are open have a golden border when selected. If you can't select a stone that means it is not open.
Widest Rows & Deepest Columns First
Each board has a unique configuration. Early levels are easy but the game gets more complex as you advance. It is best to remove tiles from the deepest and widest stacks whenever possible so that you quickly open up the board to enable other pair matches.
Each pair you match is worth 100 points.
Each second remaining on the level timer when you beat a level is worth 10 additional points.
The level select screen shows your cumulative game score.
You can replay previously beat levels to try to earn a better score on them.
The game controls are shown on the right side.
At the top it shows your level number, level score, and remaining level time.
At the bottom there are buttons to take a hint, undo a move, pause the game, switch to full screen mode, control game sounds, and control game music.
Whenever no tile matches remain the board automatically reshuffles, so if the board does not shuffle it means there is at least one valid move remaining.
This game has 3 modes:
Mahjong Slide is similar to Mahjong Solitaire in that you match identical stones, however rather than matching "open" stones you instead slide stones toward the edges of the playing field. When adjacent stones are slid into each other or are reseting in adjacent positions next to each other they are removed from the board.
